Basically, how do the affiliate programs work?
We issue you a special affiliate web link for each program (SecureMyEmail and personalVPN are separate programs) that is unique to you. You post these links on your blog, website, social media, etc. to promote our services. When someone clicks on one of your links, and buys our services, we track the sale and pay you commissions. You can monitor and manage all your sales via our affiliate web dashboard.
Who can apply to become a WiTopia affiliate?
Anyone is welcome to apply. We’re especially seeking publishers, bloggers, YouTubers, and similar producers of content to help spread awareness of our services, but everyone is welcome as long as they abide by our policies.
May I simply post or embed my link in email, web forums, and my social media?
Sure. Friends, colleagues, and people of like interests are fine to promote to, but please tread lightly and obey all rules for the platform. No spamming!
What marketing methods are not allowed?

- Spam or unsolicited email promotions
- Spamming on blogs, forums, social media, or any other commenting systems
- Any type of illegal or deceptive marketing
- Use of materials that infringe on our intellectual property rights
- Cookie-stuffing
- Brokering or sub-affiliates
- Pop-up or pop-under advertising
Witopia affiliates found violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have their commissions voided and payments withheld. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in the WiTopia Affiliate Programs.
Do you provide marketing materials and assistance?
Absolutely. We provide logos, banner ads, and other documentation that will help you promote our services. And, if you have questions beyond that, don’t hesitate to contact our dedicated Affiliate Team.
Is there any cost to join?
Nope. It’s completely free.
Do I have to sign up for both the VPN and the Encrypted Email affiliate programs?
Nope. You really should to maximize your earnings, but you don’t have to.
What products are eligible for commissions?
personalVPN and SecureMyEmail services, except for our CloakBox router product, are eligible. Unlike many competitive programs, we allow multi-year AND multi-user sales so you can earn very sizable commissions, indeed.
Do I receive commissions when customers renew their services?
Definitely! In fact, unlike many other programs, we pay lifetime commissions! So, as long as your referred customers keep renewing their services with us, you will keep earning commissions.
What is the commission structure?
- We look at your total sales within a calendar month (new and renewals) and calculate your tier level for the month.
- We then pay you commission rates (new and renewals) at the below rates.
- As you can see, our rates are extremely lucrative for new and renewing business as well as allow you to earn higher tiers over time as your renewals build.
How do I track my sales and commissions?
We provide you a personal affiliate dashboard. It’s quite modern and intuitive.
How and when do I get paid?
We pay you on the previous calendar month’s sales, by the 20th of the very next calendar month. We pay via PayPal any balances over $100. Affiliates with commissions over $1000, may request payment via wire transfer.
